  • Managing Director

    Elliott founded Dugan Homes in 2021, after great success of his carpentry business since 2016. Elliott’s passion for exceptional design and craftmanship bought him to his vision of building homes that aren’t just houses, but cherished forever homes for their owners. With his passion and encouragement, Elliott drives the team to be the best of themselves and progress within the business. In Elliott’s spare time, he enjoys catching up with friends and enjoying a well-deserved holiday.

  • Director

    Tom joined the business in 2024 bringing over 20 years of experience with him. Having successfully developed over 30 schemes from varying from one-off luxury houses to estates and apartment blocks of over 30 units. Tom enjoys working with the team and never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s faces. On a weekend, you’ll find Tom spending time with his family, enjoying beer in his local pub.

  • Office Manager

    Joining the business in July 2024 as our Office Manager, Sarah bought over 10 years of administration experience from different sectors. With her main role to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis, Sarah is also involved with Customer Care and Marketing, showing her organised and creative strengths across the business. In Sarah’s spare time, you will find her socialising with friends and family, and spending time with her cockapoo, Daisy. 

  • Site Manager

    Steve is an experienced Site Manager, with over 50 proud years in the industry. From the hugely diverse contracting sector, to luxury Design and Build projects in Surrey and London, and more recently, prestigious homes in Hampshire. This track record equips him well for daily site challenges, and his dedication, with hard hard-working attitude, ensures the job will be done well. Steve is a proud member of Winchester Rugby Club, and in his spare time, you’ll find him watching a variety of sports. Cycling was a passion, but swimming, walking, and DIY have taken over more recently.

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor

    Andrew joined the business in April 2025 and brings 24 years of experience in the industry, mainly within housebuilding. Having worked for luxury and national house builders, Andrew brings a wealth of commercial management experience to the team. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, swimming and supporting his local football team, Fareham Town FC.

  • Contracts Manager

    Dolton joined Dugan Carpentry, our sister company, in May 2021, after gaining extensive experience in the construction industry. Dolton works closely with clients to ensure carpentry aspects of new homes are completed to the highest standard. Being a true Portsmouth Football Club supporter, Dolton spends his Saturdays at Fratton Park. When he isn’t at the football, you’ll find him spending time with his young sons, or playing golf.

  • Trainee Quantity Surveyor

    Tom has been with the business since December 2023 and is currently studying towards a professional Quantity Surveying Qualification. Previously working in retail and hospitality, one of Tom’s strengths is building relationships with our suppliers and sub-contractors. In Tom’s spare time, you’ll find him playing video games, rock climbing and spending time with his partner, Anna.

  • Senior Project Manager

    Andrew brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with 28 years spent in senior management roles. His career has seen him manage projects ranging from development housing to large-scale mixed-use schemes, incorporating RC high-rise builds and marine defence works. Having worked with both major principal contractors and SME groundworkers, Andrew ensures that every project is delivered safely and efficiently, while being value engineered to achieve sustainable savings. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his extended family, including his five grandchildren, whether on days out or gathered together at family occasions.
