    Elliott founded Dugan Homes in 2021, after great success of his carpentry business since 2016. Elliott’s passion for exceptional design and craftmanship bought him to his vision of building homes that aren’t just houses, but cherished forever homes for their owners. With his passion and encouragement, Elliott drives the team to be the best of themselves and progress within the business. In Elliott’s spare time, he enjoys catching up with friends and enjoying a well-deserved holiday.

    Tom joined the business in 2024 bringing over 20 years of experience with him. Having successfully developed over 30 schemes from varying from one-off luxury houses to estates and apartment blocks of over 30 units. Tom enjoys working with the team and never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s faces. On a weekend, you’ll find Tom spending time with his family, enjoying beer in his local pub.

    Megan Rapley, Co Founder and Director of Design by Dugan. With a background in kitchen, bathroom and interior design, I’m passionate about helping clients create homes that are both beautiful and practical.

    I work closely with every client from concept to completion, combining creative design with a personal, hands-on approach to make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. My goal is simple: to create spaces that reflect your lifestyle, exceed your expectations and truly feel like home.

  • Admin Clerk

    Sterling is a valued member of the Dugan Homes team, providing essential administrative support across the business. Organised, reliable and approachable, he helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while bringing a positive and professional attitude to the team.

  • Junior Quantity Surveyor

    Zaid recently joined Dugan Homes as a Quantity Surveyor, bringing a fantastic mix of energy, optimism and tactical thinking to the team. With his bubbly personality and positive approach, Zaid brings fresh ideas and a sharp commercial mindset to every project.

  • Multi-Trade Operative

    Mark joined the Dugan team in 2025 bringing a wide range of skills within the construction industry. Mark is our main point of contact for Customer Care and assisting with plumbing requirements on site. In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Contracts Manager

    Dolton joined Dugan Carpentry, our sister company, in May 2021, after gaining extensive experience in the construction industry. Dolton works closely with clients to ensure carpentry aspects of new homes are completed to the highest standard. Being a true Portsmouth Football Club supporter, Dolton spends his Saturdays at Fratton Park. When he isn’t at the football, you’ll find him spending time with his young sons, or playing golf.

  • Site Manager

    Joining the business in September 2025, Charlie brings over 7 years of construction experience with him, previously working as a Contracts Manager. Charlie takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining clear communication and ensuring the projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. In Charlie’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Poppy and meeting up with his friends.

  • Senior Project Manager

    Andrew brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with 28 years spent in senior management roles. His career has seen him manage projects ranging from development housing to large-scale mixed-use schemes, incorporating RC high-rise builds and marine defence works. Having worked with both major principal contractors and SME groundworkers, Andrew ensures that every project is delivered safely and efficiently, while being value engineered to achieve sustainable savings. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his extended family, including his five grandchildren, whether on days out or gathered together at family occasions.
